Amazónico Dubai presents a vibrant weekly Saturday brunch celebrating Latin American flavors, perfectly complemented by premium beverages. At the heart of this jungle-themed experience lies music, which sets the rhythm for the day. From 2pm, a skilled DJ will blend lively Latin-inspired tunes while guests indulge in a delectable array of sushi starters, including ginshake nigiri and king salmon with banana miso cream and chives, alongside arepas con carne. For mains, choose between succulent baby chicken or flavorful sea bass romesco. End your culinary journey with indulgent desserts like dulce de leche milk cake and pina rostizada.

Adding to the festivities, live performances by a percussionist and trumpeter will unfold throughout the expansive three-story restaurant. The celebration continues with an after-party at the Lounge from 4pm to 6pm, ensuring an unforgettable Saturday afternoon.
